Centene Center for Health Transformation Wins Top Honor in the 2020 Hermes Creative Awards
The Centene Center for Health Transformation has been honored by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals as the winner of a platinum award in the 2020 Hermes Creative Awards, an event which garners more than 6,000 entries from around the world. The event is an international awards competition that recognizes excellent work in the marketing and advertising industry while promoting the philanthropic nature of marketing and communication professionals.
The Hermes Creative Awards are administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (ACMP). The international organization consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, media production, and free-lance professionals. AMCP oversees awards and recognition programs, provides judges, and rewards outstanding achievement and service to the profession.
The Centene Center’s 2019 Common Language vs. Academic Messaging Campaign was recognized in the Social Media Campaign – Multiple Platforms category. With a minimal budget, a very targeted audience, and a short campaign run, the Centene Center wanted to discover whether using more common language versus academic messaging in social posts would resonate better and deliver optimal results. The campaign’s goal was to increase brand awareness, educate audiences about published research findings, and test and determine messaging that best resonates with people on different social platforms.
