Tess Thompson, PhD Awarded American Cancer Society Grant to Help Improve Breast Cancer Outcomes
Centene Center for Health Transformation faculty researcher Tess Thompson, PhD has been named the recipient of a Mentored Research Scholar Grant in Applied and Clinical Research (MRSG-19-086-01-CPPB) from the American Cancer Society. The grant provides research funding for five years and enables Thompson to work toward her goal of achieving health equity by analyzing outcomes for African American breast cancer patients and their caregivers.
